What’s covered

Lifetime limited frame warranty: Defects in materials and workmanship in the structural steel frame, cylinder support structure and their welds, for as long as the original purchaser owns the machine.

One-year limited component warranty: Defects in pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components, for one year from delivery.
Repair & replacement
For an approved warranty claim, Bois d’Arc Studio will repair or replace the defective covered part at no charge.

Covered parts and repair labor performed at our shop are included.

Standard shipping of replacement parts is included.

If we require a defective component or removable assembly returned for a covered repair, its standard return shipping is included.

Whole-machine freight, crating and transportation are the customer’s responsibility.

Outside technician charges and expedited shipping upgrades are not included.
Service it your way
Maintain or repair your machine yourself, or use a technician of your choice. This does not automatically void warranty coverage.
Damage caused by improper repairs, installation, modifications or replacement parts is excluded. Unrelated warranty coverage remains in effect.
What’s not covered

Normal wear.

Damage caused by misuse or impacts.

Damage caused by improper electrical supply or air pressure outside specified limits.

Damage caused by moisture or contamination in the air supply.

Damage caused by failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
A failure caused by a covered defect remains eligible even if the affected component is normally subject to wear.
Getting service

Contact Bois d’Arc Studio before sending parts or equipment.

Provide your machine’s serial number, a description of the problem and relevant photos or video.

We’ll troubleshoot with you and determine whether a replacement part, removable-assembly repair or machine return is appropriate.
For non-warranty work, we provide an estimate for approval before proceeding.
